Pilgrim Center of Hope

Mary Jane FoxHistory
In 2001, Mary Jane Fox founded the Catholic Women’s Conference to educate women on the teachings of the Catholic Church and of their personal dignity. She realized that today, more than ever, the dignity of women must be understood and acted upon.  She envisioned the conference to be a “spiritual haven” where women could come together to learn and pray, to be challenged and healed, and to receive resources that would help them on their journey.

Over the past several years, the conference has grown tremendously. Today, women come from all over Texas and the country to attend the conference. The Catholic Women’s Conference continues to be a source of inspiration and healing to women of all ages.

The Catholic Women’s Conference has the blessing and support of San Antonio Archbishop Emeritus Patrick Flores and Archbishop Jose H. Gomez. The Catholic Women's Conference is sponsored and organized by the Pilgrim Center of Hope.

Mission Statement
Our mission is to renew families and society by enriching women’s relationship with God, fostering appreciation for the personal dignity of women, and inspiring women to use their feminine gifts for the good of all.
